Brilliant film. The black panther. Excellent venue. 1st visit. Will definitely be going again.

Fantastic food, great service! Comfortable seating in thr cinema, and they bring your order to your seat before the films starts, what more can one ask for! Fantastic!!

Comfy seats, plenty of leg room, great service, friendly staff, superb management and more. The lay out is relaxed and it was a great pleasure to visit the cinema and bar. I'll be visiting again

Cannot fault this cinema in any way, it’s the best cinema experience I have ever had. From the atmosphere, to the decor, to the sofa seats. It’s thoroughly enjoyable and I would definitely be returning. You definitely get what you pay for!

Went to the cinema to watch Last of the Jedi, really good film, but it was so cold in screen 3, we froze for 3 hours, spoke to the manager she was very apologetic said the heating was on full. It did spoil what would have been a pleasant morning in the cinema. Also the seating where we were still had food on them from the previous nights sitting. We were given tickets to use in the future, but with the weather this cold, priority should be given to keeping patrons warm.

Big screen, great sound, comfy sofa seats, good food brought to your chair, pricey.

Greatest cinema, you can get a meal in the screening and there's a nice bar too, only thing was the projector wasn't aligned properly so some of the image was slightly off the screen 😶

  • 5Lee Lloyd

Love it here! Comfy sofas, smaller cinema rooms making it feeling more cosy and the foods and drinks were amazing. Brilliant experience, definitely going again.

  • 5Amelia MACZKA

Amazing, came here back in June to watch Transformers and although we didn't buy food the seating was incredible! It was great because there wasn't many people around! Will come again if I can!

Cinema experience was great but customer service is appalling. I was charged twice for tickets over 3 weeks ago & I am still trying to get a refund. Told rubbish by the staff in the cinema, given managers email but 2 emails just ignored. No helpful response from a very expensive phone contact number. Very poor overall & I wont book online again

  • 5Sally-Anne Mac

Fab customer service, comfortable seats and food is very nice too.

Definitely for couples. Screen and sound is ok, food is average. But the do serve alcohol!

  • 5Alex Haines

Just popped in to take a look and was very impressed with the lobby. Sat down and had a brilliant build your own sundae. Superb for the money!

  • 5Sam Richardson

Not a massive fan of cinemas but this place is awesome. Food delivered to your sofa before the film starts. It's a little pricey but we'll worth a visit.

This is a lovely modern, stylish and comfortable cinema. You enter into a spacious bar restaurant. When you enter the sumptuous screening rooms with two seater sofas, you won't mind that the tickets are relatively expensive. Good service also includes food and drink being bought to your comfy seats. It's a great destination for a special movie and dining experience.

A unique cinema experience... feels like a cross between a speakeasy, cinema and American diner. Not a bad thing at all! Slightly pricey, but instead of rows and rows of cramped cinema seats you can sit in comfortable sofas with fixed tables for drinks etc. - speaking of which - the place is licensed so you can enjoy an alcoholic drink while you watch your film! Screen / sound quality are good - not IMAX - but certainly not cheap either. Would go back for certain films - good for date nights - but would stick to IMAX for visually high-key blockbusters.

Great cinema- sofa seating for all. Can pre-order food and drink have it sent to your seat for start time. Nice for a special occasion with your partner or film screening with good friends.

I love going to the cinema at the Everyman, Mailbox... what's not to love... cosy environment, great bar and comfy sofas to sink into to watch the show. Visit the bar before your film starts give your seat number and order some food - which will get delivered to your seat just as the ads start. Oh, and don't forget to order your drink from the well stocked bar to accompany your food and movie... you could almost be at home - OK your ticket will cost a little more than a regular high street movie house... but go on treat yourself - your worth it.

Great seats and sound system. Quick 'cheap and cheerful food'. Secure and plentiful (if somewhat expensive) parking. Civilised audiences. By far the best Cinema in Brum.

An awesome place to go to watch a film. Greats service and comfy seating. Also very good just for food.

  • 5Pete Howe

I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The couches are perfect for a date night. And there's a bar available while you wait for the film.

Intimate, cosy and always enough staff for speedy service. For a few quid more than a cramped sweatbox.

A proper 'grown up' cinema. Serious comfort paired with a great bar/Cafe and personal friendly service..not cheap..but a quality treat.

  • 5Ian Davis

A very different and expensive experience to most cinemas with a focus on good quality food and drinks in a stylish and intimate bar style lounge. Fairly small selection of films but tend to have more interesting ones or classics that you wouldn't normally get elsewhere. Not quite as old school as the electric cinema but much more comfortable!

Lovely comfy cinema. Have only been during the week but not too busy. Bit more expensive than the usual, but a lovely place to go to.

Possibly the best cinema in Birmingham due to its small size, people tend to not talk in this cinema. Staff can be unengaged. Food and drink is good. You don't need to print out ticket when you booked online, you can just show your credit/debit card that you used to booked.

A great cinema with a vintage feel catering for those who want their viewing experience to feel a bit special. It has a great atmosphere the seats are couches which I found comfortable. Beer and hot drinks are on sale throughout the viewing. The food is also pretty good and I can recommend the milkshakes. Staff were really freindly and went out of their way to help. Only issue is that you have to pay for parking at the mailbox which is expensive but even with the added cost I felt the overall experience was worth it.

the price for the tickets are roughly £8 for students and the quality and cleanliness of the cinema really is amazing. great location for a cinema and the Oreo milkshakes are amazing- best I've had. however the food/drinks are expensive (the milkshake was £5) and screen 1 is a bit awkwardly laid out as the screen seems smaller than screen 3? All in all it's a great place to be with friendly staff, easy booking and by far more pleasant than cineworld or odeon!

A hidden gem in Birmingham, lovely shopping mall with lots of high end places to explore, worth a visit if you're in town.

Nice & styles cinema, different from the "normal cinemas". I have tried the premium seats. The tickets were quite expensive and the menu too. The sofa was comfy and was enough place for a couple, to enjoy the movie while you cuddle and stretch the legs. The only downside for us, there was absolutely now phone signal (I know I know we were there for the movie, but emergency calls can happen) and the free wifi didn't work. Oh and one more thing, next to the two sides of the sofa were small round tables and the neighbours placed drinks there and we were scared during the movie when they spill out to us in the dark, but didn't happen, lucky us. But a cup holder like in the normal cinemas would be better.

Luxury cinema experience, but a bit on the pricey side. Order drinks and food to be delivered in to the cinema, which has very comfortable 2 man sofas with side tables for drinks. Treat it more as a night out treat, like going to the theatre, rather than your run of the mill cinema visit. Sound and screen quality are excellent, but they don't offer any 3D/IMAX showings (not that this bothers me!). Conveniently located in the Mailbox so near the lots of bars and restaurants and a 5/10 minute walk to New Street Station.

  • Liam Reynolds

Even better since the refurb. Lovely views by the canal on a nice day.

  • Ben Adelie

One of the best shopping centres in Birmingham, now being redeveloped. Come back in a year!

  • Daniel Ley

You'll spend a fortune to park!

Should fully reopen with new look Harvey Nichols in Autumn 2015. Access to Gas Street Basin and the canals. BBC Birmingham and various restaurants are here.

By the canal... Best view ever!!

They should rename this place "Empty Box".

Lovely place to eat and drink, then try on expensive shoes.

Recommend the restaurants and bars at the bak by the canal in the summer. They get the last of the sun as it sets offering a lovely warm evening to relax and soak it in.

  • Otto Hui

Small exclusive mall. With nice restaurants near the canals.

  • Reece James Beresford

Really good attraction for people who like to visit Birmingham's most expensive shops.

  • Mart W

Parking is expensive here.. Over the road is alot cheaper :)
